Easy position along with caring staff are the reasons we liked this modern hotel.

The venue is reasonably large and clean with an excellent value and really helpful staff. The hotel offers a lot of food that was amazing. It offers outstanding services. I see that free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Every time I stay in Jakarta, like to stay here.

It boasts stunning, magnificent location not far from Central Park Mall & Neo Soho, the city centre and the Soekarno-Hatta CGK airport, and 2 malls, Central Park Mall & Neo Soho. West Jakarta district deserves to be explored. This is a hotel go-to for Jakarta!

Reasonably large hotel with very good and magnificent breakfast and consistently courteous staff. Plenty of fantastic options for meal. Marvellous and easy location at city center, nice pool. And close to a shopping mall and central park, the big mall, and a department store & Jakarta Aquarium.

Clean hotel in a nice building just off the shopping mall, coffee shops and resturant as well as Transjakarta bus stop. Well-maintained & new-fashioned rooms with a view. Particularly good location for our visit to Taman Anggrek Mall approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Great and outstanding food for breakfast. The pool area is very clean too. Late check-out. Totally enjoyable stay for one night.

Unbeatable and stunning location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. Distance to the airport was just 12 miles.

All in all marvellous location, near Very close to big shopping center, close to shopping malls and the Central Park Mall, which is one of the nice malls of Jakarta. Modern and unique hotel, I loved absolutely stunning breakfast!

The hotel was clean, the rooms were reasonably large with STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL views. I booked a room with a super bed, a lounge and WiFi. The service was first-class during my stay.

The room was large and well laid out, I had fine experience.

The location in a business area was unbeatable and stunning and there were shopping centers and a market nearby. Halim Perdanakusuma airport was hardly 17 minutes away by car. Everyone who worked there was excellent and cooperative. Everything was really good, including amazing breakfast with delicious varieties.

The hotel is luxury with a modern design and marvellous breakfasts. Early check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Really good stay, as always.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, with reasonable prices for a hotel of its caliber. The attention to detail throughout my stay was remarkable, from the little shower gel bottles with pop art designs in the rooms to the setup and amenities provided by the banquet team. The hotel's prime location within a large mall was a major plus, with countless eateries right behind a fabulous shopping center. The service from the staff was impeccable, always with a smile and good manners. The basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.

Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

It was lively and pleasant, different from usual hotels in design and atmosphere, easily navigated, a comfortable room, good room service, helpful reception staff who were quickly available, helpful but non-intrusive staff generally. Very nice shower, good range of TV channels, free wireless internet much appreciated.

I would prefer the bedroom toilet in its own room for visual privacy. Like many hotels apparently offering a choice of temperature in the rooms we were unable to control the temperature. If I raised the temperature it sprand immediately back to 21 degrees - annoying. I was not keen on the design of the lobby, too self-conciously arty. I liked its difference to the usual lobby but not keen on the unfinished industrial space look in the main lobby area.

Rooms seemed as if they were not finished!! bare plaster on some of the walls!! very unusual!!
